Football Foundation Day Key Information:

ALL COACHES ARE FULLY QUALIFIED, AND  DBS CHECKED. WE MAY OCCASIONALLY HAVE YOUNG COACHES DOING WORK EXPERIENCE WHO DO NOT REQUIRE A DBS UNTIL THEY ARE 16.

ON THE FINAL DAY OF A COURSE, THERE WILL BE A PRESENTATION CEREMONY FROM 3:10 PM WHERE PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE WELCOME TO COME AND WATCH. PRIZES AND AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN OUT AT THIS TIME.

SINGLE CHILD BOOKING FORM - This is to ensure that all children's needs are recorded efficiently and this allows numbers to be recorded in a more simple manner.
